1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation before their order is dispatched.

- Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number.
- If the order has not been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.
- Once cancellation is confirmed, no payment will be collected for the cancelled order.
- If an order has already been packed or handed over to our shipping partner, cancellation may no longer be possible.

We recommend requesting cancellation as early as possible after placing your order.

2. Orders Already Dispatched

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot ordinarily be cancelled through our website.

If you no longer wish to receive an order, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Any request will be handled in accordance with our applicable policies and consumer protection laws.

3. Prepaid Orders

For orders paid for online through UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking or other supported payment methods:

- If cancellation is approved before dispatch, the eligible refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
- Refund processing and credit timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
- We will communicate any relevant refund updates to the customer.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Customers who select Cash on Delivery may request cancellation before dispatch.

- No advance payment is required for a COD order.
- If the cancellation is accepted before dispatch, the order will not be shipped.
- If the order has already been dispatched, please contact customer support for assistance.

We request customers to place COD orders only when they genuinely intend to purchase the products.

5. Food Product Cancellation and Quality Issues

Nurova Foods sells food products, including dry fruits, seeds and makhana, which require appropriate storage and hygienic handling.

We generally do not accept returns or cancellations merely because a customer changes their mind after dispatch, subject to applicable law.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, expired or otherwise non-compliant product, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Where possible, please share photographs or an unboxing video, along with your order details. This helps us investigate the issue promptly.

6. Orders Cancelled by Nurova Foods

Nurova Foods may cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, an incorrect listing or pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If payment has already been received, the eligible refund will be processed in accordance with applicable laws.

For an approved cancellation of a prepaid order:

- The refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
- The time required for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
- We will provide relevant refund information where available.
